Exploring Not For Profit Efficiencies in Golden & CSRD Area A

Recommendations

In order to maximize the impact of the 'exploration' project, here are the recommendations for local non profit leaders to follow.

Recommendations

1. Share, update and constantly manage a local, online, and public contact list for non profit organizations.
2. Survey non profit organizations to determine where their strengths and weaknesses exist and what they view as opportunities and threats.
3. Develop a consolidated income statement for all non profits in the community.
4. Plot a road map for local non profits to determine where we need to go and what resources and capabilities will help us get there.
5. Attract additional external resources and develop internal capabilities.
6. Monitor progress vis a vis our community priorities and road map.
